Overview

Job Title: Residential Childcare Support Worker

Location: Keighley

Salary: £28,265 – £29,674 (plus approx. £4,000 sleep-in payments per annum)

Working Hours: Full-time – 37 hours per week on average (Part-time and Bank work also available)

Hourly Rate: Dependent on experience and qualifications

Number of Sleeps Required: 1–2 per week

Pay Per Sleep: Included in salary estimate – approx. £4,000 annually for 8 sleeps per month

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: YPs aged 6–11 with EBD, trauma, neglect, and social/emotional challenges

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent

Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home
