A leading education institution in Moreton Morrell is seeking a Residential Services Coordinator to support accommodation services for students and visitors. The role involves providing administrative support and liaising with teams to meet residential needs. Essential qualifications include a GCSE in English and Mathematics and excellent communication skills. A UK driving license is required for travel between sites. Flexible working may be involved.
This role is Monday - Friday however there will be days where flexibility is required regarding start/finishing times and there is also some level of travel involved. There will also be days where working from home may be possible.

Any offers of appointment will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (formerly CRB), a certificate of good conduct if applicable, plus receipt of satisfactory references, Occupational Health clearance, an understanding of safeguarding and qualifications verification. An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position, as you will be working within 'Regulated Activity' within a specific place (i.e. the College).

The Residential Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Residential Services Managers in maintaining and further developing accommodation and housing services for students and visitors at Moreton Morrell and Royal Leamington Spa Colleges. This role will involve liaising with the Residential Services team, as well as working alongside officers at both college sites to meet the residential needs of students, apprentices, and summer guests. The role also includes providing administrative support and utilizing technology to streamline processes and enhance service efficiency.
In order to support during busy exam periods, you may be asked to undertake exam invigilator duties. The College will provide training. The list of duties is not exhaustive but outlines the main features of the post at appointment and may vary as the job evolves without affecting the nature of the duties or the responsibility level.
