Overview

Residential Property Solicitor, 2+ PQE – Essex. This well-regarded regional practice in Essex is expanding its residential conveyancing team and seeks a talented solicitor to manage a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions. Responsibilities
  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership and help-to-buy schemes

You’ll have direct client contact and be encouraged to take an active role in business development and maintaining strong local relationships.

The Candidate
  • Qualified Solicitor (or Legal Executive) with 2+ years’ PQE in residential property
  • Proven ability to manage your own caseload independently from instruction through to completion
  • A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Experience using case management systems is desirable
