Residential Property Paralegal

Nottingham | Office‑Based | Salary DOE

We are currently recruiting for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a well‑established and supportive conveyancing team based in Nottingham. This is a full‑time, office‑based role, ideal for someone looking to build a long‑term career in residential property within a collaborative environment.

The Role

You will be supporting fee earners and assisting with a broad range of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)

• Preparing and progressing files from instruction through to completion

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors

• Assisting with post‑completion matters

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing (paralegal or legal assistant level)
