Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal
Location: Central London
Prestigious London law firm are looking for an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal to join their award-winning property team. The client base for this team is exclusively ultra-high net worth individuals and you will be advising on all aspects of residential work including investment acquisition, residential sales and purchases, and refinancing. The team is renowned for the high-quality service they provide their clients.
A small selection of duties will include:
The client is looking for a candidate with at least 12 months’ experience as a conveyancing paralegal and you must be able to deal with all aspects of the residential transaction from instruction through to post-completion. You will be servicing a VIP clientele at the very highest end of the UK residential property market and so exceptional communication and client skills are also essential as you will be expected to build rapport and relationships with established and new clients and act on your own initiative. You must also be able to conduct searches with minimal supervision.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious paralegal to gain quality experience in a major law firm dealing with some of the largest residential sales and purchases in the UK.
