Residential Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Staffordshire, £Competitive (DOE) - Are you a Residential Property Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE looking to take the next step in your legal career? The role

• You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
• You will work closely with clients, agents, and other stakeholders, delivering high-quality service with efficiency and professionalism.
• Handling all aspects of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Managing remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures
• Providing expert legal advice tailored to client needs

Skills/Qualifications

• Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with 5+ Years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
