About the Role:

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 5+ years' experience in Residential HVAC Service who loves providing outstanding customer service and focusing on quality work. The pay rate for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE. Integrity and Customer Care are core values at Haller! This is a Safety Sensitive position.

What You Will Do:
  1. Customer Rapport: Build relationships with customers and resolve their HVAC issues as an outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable Service Technician.
  2. Residential Focused: Service a wide range of residential HVAC equipment, including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, Geo-Thermal Units, etc., in an intimate setting.
  3. Educate and Inform: Provide honest advice to homeowners based on factual assessments to help them make informed decisions.
  4. Be Diligent: Identify and fix minor problems early to prevent costly repairs and extend equipment lifespan.
  5. Self-Sufficiency and Teamwork: Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating respectfully with team members.
  6. Mentorship: Share your expertise and guide newcomers in the trade.

What We Need From You:
  • At least 5 years of Residential HVAC service experience (REQUIRED).
  • An associate degree (A.A.) is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable record.
  • A strong commitment to doing quality work correctly the first time.
  • A desire to continuously learn and grow in the trade.
  • Valid CFC Certification - Type I and II; Universal preferred.
  • Proficiency with technology, including working from an iPad and professional email communication.

Compensation: $30 - $35 an hour plus commission, spiffs, and overtime paid daily.
