Location: Sault Ste. Marie, MI

Position Overview: We're seeking a motivated and personable Residential HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll meet with homeowners to assess their heating and cooling needs, provide product and service recommendations, and close sales—ensuring each customer receives the best comfort solution for their home. Pay: Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission.

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional overtime and weekend hours based on demand.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of in-home residential sales experience
  • Experience or knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting to homeowners
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable record
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage records, scheduling, and follow-ups for a smooth sales process.

Previous experience selling HVAC systems or services and basic technical knowledge of heating and cooling products are preferred.
