Overview

We have a number of roles in Teesside for those with an ability to run a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.

These roles will require you to have experience managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters. The work will involve both freehold and leasehold transactions including sales, purchases, new builds, unregistered title and shared ownership.

Our clients will consider paralegals, fee earners, licensed conveyancers, solicitors and legal executives of all levels, however six months experience is a minimum requirement.
