Key Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse caseload of high-value residential property transactions, including prime Central London acquisitions and disposals

• Advising high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers on complex residential property matters

• Handling leasehold enfranchisement, landlord-tenant issues, and residential property finance transactions

• Conducting due diligence and risk assessment on property developments and investment purchases

• Liaising with estate agents, financial institutions, and private client teams to provide seamless legal solutions

• Ensuring compliance with evolving property laws and tax regulations

• Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to business development initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years PQE in residential property law

• Proven experience advising HNW clients and handling complex property transactions

• In-depth knowledge of London’s prime real estate market and property investment structures

• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-calibre legal team

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
