Residential Conveyancing Lawyer - Devon. A fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer seeking their next career move at a highly regarded and well-established practice in their Cullompton office.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of residential property matters from instruction to post completion, including but not limited to sales and purchases, re-mortgages, registered and unregistered land, shared ownership, but to let, new builds and transfers of equity.
• Be part of a busy conveyancing team and independently manage your own caseload.

Requirements

• Experienced Residential Property Solicitor/CILEX or licensed conveyancer.
• Proven experience of working as part of a busy conveyancing team and independently managing a case load.
