Leading Black Country and West Midlands firm seeks a lawyer to join their busy residential property team.

Due to a period of growth, the firm are looking for a fee earner who can work largely unsupervised and deal with a range of work including:

• Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases
• Leasehold Sale and Purchases
• Investment & Buy to Let Properties
• New Build Plot Purchases and Sales
• Transfers of Equity
• Right to Buy Purchases
• Leasehold Enfranchisement
• Lease Extensions
• Re-mortgages
• Shared Ownership Property Sales and Purchases
