We are looking for a Maintenance Operative on a full time permanent basis to join our friendly and dedicated team who share our company values and commitment to our residents.
Hours Contracted per week: 37.5

As a Maintenance Operative you will carry out a range of maintenance services at one of our care homes located in Barnt Green.
You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of presentation and resident safety within the homes. Activities will include equipment safety checks, audits and general repairs / decorating reporting any faults through our management information system.
We are looking for someone who has knowledge and practical experience of this type of work ideally within a nursing home setting who will show care and empathy towards our residents.
