Resident Services Associate

We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Resident Services Associate to join a growing residential team in Salford. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a people‑centred environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. This is for a 12 month maternity cover.

About the Role

As a key member of the Front of House team, you'll play an essential part in creating a welcoming, supportive, and well‑managed living experience for residents. You'll help ensure operations run smoothly, build strong relationships with residents, and support the overall success of the development.

Key Responsibilities
