Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, with experience in customer care and knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office helping you deliver outstanding service and reassurance throughout the resident journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in resident or customer liaison within housing/refurbishment is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through refurbishment works and explain processes clearly.
• Coordinate resident engagement activities and respond to inquiries.
• Address concerns promptly to support high satisfaction levels.
