The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and customer service skills, with experience in planned maintenance programmes. You will manage the resident journey while handling queries and providing aftercare support.

Qualifications

• Experience working on planned maintenance programmes.
• Good understanding of project delivery within social housing.
• Experience with EasyBop systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key link between residents, the project team and the client.
• Manage the end-to-end resident journey from pre-start visits through to aftercare.
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM system.
• Support project administration and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
