Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to support residents through the full lifecycle of social housing refurbishment works in the West Midlands (Coleshill area). You’ll act as the main contact for residents, coordinating between site teams and the community to minimise disruption and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer role or similar tenant-facing position.
• Excellent communicator with empathy and professionalism.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders independently.
• Organised with attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Understands needs of residents in social housing.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with residents affected by planned works.
• Provide information, advice and support before, during and after works.
• Coordinate access, programme updates and logistics with site teams.
• Maintain records of communications, access issues, complaints and resolutions.
• Organise and attend resident engagement meetings and surveys.
• Respond to queries and escalate where necessary.
• Ensure documentation and resident packs are up to date and compliant.
• Support a resident-first approach across works.
