Unite Group is seeking an Operations Assistant to create a welcoming, safe and engaging environment for residents and visitors. You’ll be the friendly face of the building, supporting residents, handling enquiries, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You’ll contribute to a vibrant student community through check-ins, viewings and events, while maintaining high property standards and safety. A team-friendly, proactive approach is essential.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Enjoy delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable in a busy, varied environment.
• Confident handling enquiries, complaints and resident requests.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting colleagues.
• Experience in student accommodation, hospitality or residential environments would be beneficial but isn’t essential.

Mansioni

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community.
• Respond to maintenance issues, making safe where required and raising requests for resolution.
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures, ensuring the property remains safe and compliant.
• Support emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain high property standards, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and well presented.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems.
