Unite Group is seeking an Operations Assistant to welcome residents and visitors and ensure a safe, engaging environment across Unite Students and Hello Student brands.

You will handle enquiries, support check-ins and viewings, assist with events and help keep the property running smoothly day to day. This role emphasizes service, communication and teamwork within a busy student community.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Be proactive, organised and comfortable working in a busy and varied environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors and respond to enquiries.
• Support the full resident journey including check-ins, viewings and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings to drive occupancy and retention.
• Record enquiries and issues in internal systems and help maintain safety and standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
