Unite Group, operating Unite Students and Hello Student, is seeking an Operations Assistant to welcome residents and support day-to-day building operations. You will handle enquiries, assist with check-ins, viewings and bookings, and help maintain a safe, vibrant community on-site.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment is desirable.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to work in a busy environment.
• Confident handling enquiries and resident requests.
• Team player who supports colleagues when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community.
• Respond to maintenance issues, raising requests for resolution and supporting safety procedures.
• Maintain high property standards and ensure communal areas are clean and well presented.
