Job summary

Unite Group, through Unite Students, seeks a Student Experience Team Member to welcome residents and visitors and ensure a safe, engaging environment within our student accommodation. You’ll handle check-ins, respond to enquiries, and support events daily.

You’ll be part of a busy property team, delivering great customer experiences, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to a vibrant student community. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Enjoy delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organised in a busy and varied environment.
• Confident handling enquiries and resident requests.
• Experience in student accommodation, hospitality or residential environments would be beneficial but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings to drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities to create a welcoming community.
• Respond to maintenance issues and raise requests for resolution.
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures to keep the property compliant.
• Support emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain high property standards in communal areas.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues in internal systems.
