Unite Group is seeking an Operations Assistant to provide a welcoming, safe environment for residents and visitors across its Unite Students and Hello Student brands. You will support check-ins, viewings, and day-to-day operations, helping deliver a great resident experience and a vibrant community.

The role focuses on friendly customer service, problem solving, and teamwork in a busy housing environment, with opportunities to support events and safety procedures.

Formación

• Experience in a customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Enjoy working with people and delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Be proactive, organised and comfortable working in a busy and varied environment.
• Confident handling enquiries, complaints and resident requests.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community.
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems.
