Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Edinburgh to help manage day-to-day property operations and tenancy administration. The role focuses on delivering excellent resident service, marketing support, and leasing activities.

You will work as part of a team, ensuring a positive resident experience, handling inquiries, and supporting events and community initiatives. Fluency in English, strong organization, and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Good level of general education.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and booking systems.
• Knowledge of UK Health and Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Works as part of a team to deliver exceptional resident living.
• Supports creation of positive experiences for residents.
• Delivers comprehensive front-of-house and customer service, meeting resident expectations.
• Responds to queries/complaints in line with the complaints procedure.
• Supports events and activities within the Community and relations with University clients.
• Maintains local information resources for resident needs and amenities.
• Completes administrative tasks and updates databases as required.
• Performs marketing activities such as open days and leafleting for the property.
• Carries out sales and leasing activities including viewings and follow-ups.
• Assists with summer community preparations and move-in/out processes.
• Ensures Health and Safety compliance per company policies.
• Participates in on-call roster for out-of-hours support.
• Chases rent arrears per procedures to meet targets.
• Promotes tenancy extensions and other revenue streams.
• Raises purchase orders and handles refunds timely.
