Greystar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Greater London. The role focuses on day-to-day management of the property and its community, delivering excellent resident experiences to drive occupancy and retention.

You will support front-of-house services, respond to inquiries, coordinate events, and assist with marketing, rent collection, and tenancy administration while maintaining strong relationships with university clients and stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience in a customer facing service delivery role.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and team player.
• Good level of general education.
• Able to adapt to changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers all aspects of customer service, including a comprehensive front of house service anticipating and exceeding resident expectations.
• Responds positively to customer queries and complaints, following Greystar’s complaints procedure.
• Supports events and activities within the Community.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with University clients.
• Develops and maintains local knowledge and information resources relevant to resident needs.
• Completes administrative tasks including logging of maintenance requests and updating databases.
• Undertakes marketing activities such as attending open days and leafleting to promote the property.
• Carries out sales and leasing activities including viewings and follow-ups on enquiries.
• Assists with summer Community preparations including move-in and move-out processes.
• Ensures Health and Safety compliance with company policies.
