Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in Barking to deliver daily operations and create an exceptional 24/7 resident experience. You will be responsible for marketing, tenancy administration, and building strong relationships with contractors and suppliers to exceed resident expectations.

The role requires strong customer service and sales skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and property operations software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a sales role in hospitality or related sector.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to exceed resident expectations.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts sales and leasing activities including: viewings, following up on enquiries and sales conversions.
• Plans and organizes daily activities to maximise the time to achieve targeted leasing numbers.
• Converts prospects and leads into viewing appointments and bookings to achieve targeted leasing numbers.
• Responds to online (webchat) and email enquiries in a professional and engaging manner.
• Supports Resident events and activities within the Community.
• Completes administrative tasks including logging maintenance requests, filing and preparing notices and updating databases.
