Unite Group, through Unite Students, is seeking a friendly Student Experience Team Member to welcome residents and visitors and support day-to-day operations in our Leeds student accommodation. You’ll handle enquires, help with check-ins and events, and contribute to a safe, vibrant community.

You'll thrive in a busy, people-focused environment, delivering great customer experiences and working with colleagues to maintain high property standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a busy and varied environment.
• Confident handling enquiries, complaints and resident requests.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community.
• Respond to maintenance issues, making safe where required and raising requests for resolution.
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures, ensuring the property remains safe and compliant.
• Support emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain high property standards, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and well presented.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems.
