Unite Group's Unite Students brand is seeking a Student Experience Team Member to welcome residents and visitors, handle enquiries and help ensure a safe, smooth day-to-day living environment. You'll be the friendly face in the building, supporting check-ins, viewings and events, resolving issues, and contributing to a warm, vibrant student community across the site.

This role is about people, service and teamwork, with training and development to help you grow in hospitality and customer

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable in a busy, varied environment.
• Confident handling enquiries, complaints and resident requests.
• Team player who supports colleagues when needed.
• Experience in student accommodation or hospitality is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community.
• Respond to maintenance issues, raising requests for resolution and ensuring safety.
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems.
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures, ensuring the property remains safe and compliant.
