Job summary

Unite Group is seeking a Student Safety Team Member to support a welcoming, safe and engaging environment for residents and visitors. You will be the friendly face of the building, handling enquiries, assisting with check-ins and viewings, and helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

This varied role focuses on delivering a great resident experience, working with colleagues to maintain safety standards and community spirit. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working in a busy environment.
• Confident handling enquiries, complaints and resident requests.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention.
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community.
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems.
