Unite Group is seeking a Student Experience Team Member for Unite Students in Coventry. You will welcome residents, respond to enquiries, assist with check-ins and viewings, and help ensure a safe, engaging community for students.

As part of the property team, you’ll resolve issues, support events, maintain high standards, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver a great resident experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organized and able to work in a busy environment.
• Confident handling enquiries and resident requests.
• Experience in student accommodation or hospitality is beneficial but not required.

Aufgaben

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins, check-outs and day-to-day resident support
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings, helping drive occupancy and retention
• Support resident engagement activities, helping create a welcoming and vibrant community
• Respond to maintenance issues, making safe where required and raising requests for resolution
• Carry out building checks and support safety procedures, ensuring the property remains safe and compliant
• Support emergency response procedures when required
• Record enquiries, cases and operational issues accurately within internal systems
