Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or residential environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a busy, varied environment.
• Experience in student accommodation or hospitality is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to residents and visitors.
• Support the full resident journey, including check-ins and bookings.
• Deliver property viewings and support bookings to drive occupancy.
• Record enquiries and issues in internal systems.
