About the role

We are looking for a strong team leader to join us, leading, supervising, and coordinating the work of a very busy Resettlement Team. This is a vital role within Hillingdon’s Resettlement Support Service, where you will manage a dedicated team supporting the administration and operational work that impacts vulnerable adults, children, and families displaced due to conflict or crisis and arriving under Government resettlement schemes. As Resettlement Support Team Leader, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality operational and administrative support across a range of humanitarian schemes, including:
Afghan Resettlement Programmes (ARAP & ACRS); Homes for Ukraine; Asylum Dispersal (NASS clients); Other Home Office-led and FCDO-directed schemes.
You will work closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and the Home Office to ensure accurate reporting, budget monitoring, and effective service delivery, while supporting your team to deliver excellent outcomes for residents.
