Marriott Manchester Victoria & Albert Hotel in Manchester seeks a friendly Reservations Agent to handle guest bookings for bedrooms, car park, and events. You will manage reservations, quote facilities and pricing, and ensure expectations are set ahead of stay.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for guest reservations for bedrooms & car park and event enquiries
• Manage guests’ bookings, ensuring their needs & wants are met to the highest standard.
• Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information.
• Ensure expectations are set correctly, in advance of the guest’s stay.
• Managing all 3rd party booking systems
• Daily reservation checks and final details.
• Assisting the client with both hotel and local knowledge to maximise revenue opportunities
• Recording and processing all no-show charges daily
• Accurate profit and revenue capture, through correct pricing, posting and invoicing
