Job summary

Marriott International in Manchester is seeking a guest reservations specialist to be the main contact for bedrooms, events and car park bookings. You will manage guest reservations, convey facility details and pricing, and set accurate expectations prior to stay.

Responsibilities

Main point of contact for guest reservations for bedrooms, events & car park.
Manage guests’ bookings, ensuring their needs and wants are met to a high standard.
Give details of hotel facilities and pricing information.
Ensure expectations are set correctly, in advance of the guest’s stay.
Managing all 3rd party booking systems.
Daily reservation checks and final details.
Assist the client with hotel and local knowledge to maximise revenue opportunities.
Record and process all no-show charges daily.
