Job summary

Valor Hospitality Europe Limited is seeking a friendly Reservations and Events Agent to join our team. You will master taking reservations, chasing bookings and be knowledgeable about our food and beverage packages to maximise occupancy and room rates.

You’ll keep the reception team up to date with occupancy, no-shows, VIPs and special events, while championing Valor’s values and behaviours. We operate 7 days a week, with flexible shifts and contracted hours to suit business needs;

Responsibilities
