A prominent automotive group in Northampton is seeking a Reservations Advisor to enhance customer booking experiences. You will focus on maximizing bookings for their workshops by handling inquiries and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate has proven customer service and sales experience, superb attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Salary: £32,484 OTE per anum (£26,684pa Basic Salary + £5,600pa OTE Bonus)

As a reservations advisor, you will have proven experience in customer service and sales in order to meet customer expectations and anticipate their needs with a sense of urgency.
You will be someone who is driven by achieving targets, like to use your own initiative to deliver outstanding service to the customer, and have excellent phone, organisational and preparation skills, coupled with a genuine passion for attention to detail.
Regular call reviews will be part of this role to ensure a high quality of service and attention to detail is maintained.
Ability and willingness to make outbound prospecting calls in order to build customer relationships and generate business.
Able to multi-task and switch quickly between tasks, a willingness to learn and develop, and keep up-to-date with technical/product information.
