Job description

Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) leverages the power of academia for real world impact to transform individuals, organisations and society. We are looking for an intellectually curious, enthusiastic and highly motivated early-stage researcher to join the Organisational Behaviour subject group. You will help run and develop CJBS's experimental laboratory https://www.jbs.cam.ac.uk/faculty-research/initiatives/cebeg and assist with both experimental and survey research projects conducted by all members of CJBS with interests in experimental research. This will include material and stimulus development, participant recruitment, data collection, data preparation and analysis, and archiving.

You will have a Master's degree in Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, or another behavioural field (e.g., Behavioural Engineering, Behavioural Economics) using experimental research methods, or equivalent educational level. In addition, you should have relevant research experience and a keen interest in management-related experimental and behavioural research. You will have sound organisation, time management and planning skills with the ability to work independently. Strong IT and statistical skills with considerable experience in relevant software such as SPSS, R and Matlab are a prerequisite of this role.
