Required February 2026 - 25 hours per week (5 hours per day - Monday to Friday) - Term Time only + 1 INSET day.

We are seeking to appoint a Reprographics Assistant (Maternity Cover) to join our busy Administration team.

The successful candidate will be required to provide a high quality, efficient and effective reprographics service and remain calm under pressure whilst being proficient at meeting deadlines.

Duties include:
  • General photocopying
  • Monitoring printer supplies and arranging orders
  • Liaising with the IT Department and photocopier service engineers when faults arise.
  • Providing cover on reception desk
  • Assisting with general administration duties (filing, distribution of mail etc)
  • First Aid
