Overview

Reprographics Admin Assistant Level 2 (temporary) – 18 hours per week – Term Time Only (39 weeks). Salary: Grade 3 £10,422 - £10,753 per annum.

Responsibilities
  • Manage reprographics requests efficiently, ensuring timely production of materials such as booklets, teaching resources, laminated items, and other finishing tasks.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of printing equipment to prevent downtime and ensure continuous operation.
  • Order stock and maintain stock control of paper and card, synthetic papers, toners, and other consumables.
  • Carry out routine tasks such as photocopying, filing, emailing, completion of routine forms, and administration of school activities, to support the smooth running of the school office;
  • Update manual and computerised records/management information systems ensuring accuracy of information held.
