Job description

Kenect Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Stock Replenisher to join our client's busy retail team in Greenock. This role is essential in ensuring that customers can easily find the products they need while enjoying a clean, organised and welcoming store environment.

As a Stock Replenisher, you will be responsible for replenishing stock efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of product presentation, and ensuring shelves are always full and tidy. You will work across various departments, completing routines and tasks as required, while following company policies and health & safety guidelines. You'll also support the reduction of food waste through careful stock rotation and awareness of product life cycles.

Customer experience is at the heart of this role. You will provide friendly and natural service, offering help, advice and product knowledge to shoppers. You'll work closely with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive and supportive team atmosphere, communicating clearly and building strong working relationships.

This role requires someone who is passionate about great service, proactive, punctual and able to work confidently both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, make good decisions for customers, and contribute to a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Hours & Pay
  • December start dates available
  • 5 days over 7, including weekends
  • Shifts: 12:00 - 23:00 or 22:00 - 08:00
  • Pay: From £12.21 per hour (day) / From £12.50 per hour (night)
  • Free onsite parking
