Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Repairs Administrator and Coordinator to join a busy team near Bromley. You will support field-based engineers and coordinate repairs, ensuring timely appointments and smooth communication with stakeholders.

Daily duties include parts ordering in advance, diary management, and liaising with suppliers and customers. Training on our tailormade software will be provided to ensure a seamless workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support field-based engineers and liaise with key stakeholders to manage repairs appointments.
• Ensure appointments are met and communicate delays to minimise complaints.
• Order parts in advance for booked repairs and reserve stock as needed.
• Maintain diary management and assist invoicing with updated databases.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel and tailormade maintenance software; full training provided.
