Job summary

Lloyd Recruitment Services are assisting with the Repairs Administrator and Coordinator role outside Bromley, near Bromley, UK. The role supports field-based engineers and internal teams to ensure timely repair appointments and smooth operation.

The candidate will handle administration tasks, diary management, and supplier/customer liaison, with full training provided on our tailormade software. Office based, Monday to Friday, full-time/permanent.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and coordination within a busy team.
• Ability to manage diaries and scheduling for field engineers.
• Strong liaison skills with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure repairs appointments are met and delays are communicated to relevant parties to minimise complaints.
• Confirm parts are ordered in advance and reserved for each job.
• Liaise with field engineers and other stakeholders to keep databases updated for invoicing.
