A property management company based in Worcester is seeking a Rent Collection Administrator to help manage and collect rental payments for landlords. This pivotal role involves contacting tenants, advising landlords, and sometimes attending court proceedings. One of the most valuable services Foxtons Property Management and Lettings Support department provides for our landlords is rent collection. This role negotiates challenging situations and protects our landlords’ income when they have not been paid.
Your role as a Rent Collection Administrator is paramount in the relationship Foxtons forges with our landlord clients. You provide the peace of mind that we’ll protect their income – the proof that we get it done for our clients. Our unrivalled training will give you all the tools you need to hone your skills and master the intricate legal landscape around rent arrears. This role is based in our Worcester office (WR4) towards the outskirts of the city with excellent transport links from numerous locations. Free onsite parking is provided. This role also includes one day per week working from home (once the initial induction period has passed).
