KOREC is seeking a Renewals Administrator to manage warranties, subscriptions, and software renewals within our Operations team. This role is process-driven, requires strong organizational skills, and involves working across multiple systems to deliver excellent customer service.

Based in Huntingdon with a remote-first pattern after training and one regular office day per week, you will support end-to-end renewal workflows, licensing, and order management while maintaining accurate records and

Qualifications

• Strong organisation and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good Excel and data-entry skills with accurate record-management.

Responsabilités

• Handle end-to-end warranty and software renewal processes, including issuing reminders and processing sales orders.
• Support the wider order cycle from creation to invoicing and customer follow-up.
• Provide professional telephone and email support.
• Maintain accurate records across systems and Excel trackers.
• Assist with compliance and audit preparation with the Renewals & Compliance Manager.
