The ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of clinical operations experience in biotech, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-7 years’ experience in clinical operations or related roles within biotech, pharma, or CRO settings.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial regulations (UK / EU).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trials or projects in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational aspects of clinical trials from start-up through close-out, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate site selection, feasibility assessments, and vendor management.
• Monitor trial progress, manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
