Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Security Technical Account Manager for Splunk UK to guide customers in deploying and optimizing Enterprise Security and Splunk UBA across hybrid & multi-cloud environments. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex security requirements into practical best practices while maintaining strong customer partnerships.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive customer success metrics, and identify opportunities for product expansion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in information security.
• Experience with SIEM or security log management systems (Splunk, ArcSight, LogRhythm, ELK, Chronicle).
• Active Splunk certification with hands-on experience with ES, SOAR, or UBA.
• One or more industry security certifications (GIAC, CISSP, OSCP, etc.).
• Experience in Unix and Windows environments; CLI proficiency; scripting (Bash/Python).

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on use-case development and configuration for Enterprise Security and Splunk UBA.
• Resolve complex challenges to improve system resilience and uptime.
• Accelerate customer adoption of the Splunk security platform with domain expertise.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Sales Engineering and Customer Support to ensure success.
• Engage with the broader Splunk Account Team to align plans and share critical info.
• Build scalable processes, collateral, and tools to boost operational efficiency.
• Drive high CSAT and document compelling customer success stories.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts for growth.
• Participate in mentoring and training to foster continuous learning.
