Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with at least 3 years in security.
• Experience with SIEM systems incl. Splunk ES/UBA.
• Active Splunk certification with hands-on ES/UBA experience.
• Unix and Windows environments, with Bash/Python scripting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on Enterprise Security and Splunk UBA use cases.
• Resolve complex customer challenges to improve resilience.
• Accelerate customer adoption of the Splunk security platform.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, SE, and Customer Support to ensure customer success.
• Mentor teams and contribute to training initiatives.
• Identify product expansion opportunities within accounts.
