Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc is seeking a Security Technical Account Manager - Splunk UK to drive adoption and optimization of the Splunk platform for key customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex security needs into practical best practices and working across product teams to improve offerings.

You will engage in cross-functional collaboration, ensure robust customer health, and help identify expansion opportunities while maintaining a strong security posture for multi-cloud

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience with a focus on information security.
• Experience with SIEM systems and security log management.
• Active Splunk certification and hands-on Splunk premium apps experience.
• Unix/Windows envs with scripting in Bash or Python.
• Security certifications (GIAC, CISSP, OSCP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on use case development, configuration, and optimization for Enterprise Security and Splunk UBA.
• Resolve complex customer challenges to improve system resilience and uptime.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Support for customer success.
• Identify opportunities for product expansion within existing accounts.
• Mentor team members and contribute to internal training.
