Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Security Technical Account Manager - Splunk UK to support a broad set of customers across the UK in remote fashion.

This role focuses on adoption, optimization, and resilience of Splunk solutions within high-stakes security environments. You will guide customers through use-case development, configuration, and integration of Enterprise Security, Splunk SOAR, and UBA, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years IT with 3+ years in info security.
• Experience with SIEM and security log management systems.
• Active Splunk certification and hands-on Splunk premium apps.
• Security certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, OSCP or equivalent.
• Unix and Windows environments with Bash/Python scripting.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers to adopt and optimize Splunk for security objectives.
• Provide strategic technical guidance and translate use cases into best practices.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Sales Engineering and Support to ensure success.
• Develop scalable processes and tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive high CSAT and identify opportunities for product expansion.
