Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of IT experience with 3+ years in information security.
• Experience with SIEM or security log management systems (Splunk, ArcSight, LogRhythm, ELK, Q-Radar, Rapid7, Sentinel, Chronicle).
• Active Splunk certification with hands-on experience managing Splunk premium apps (ES, SOAR/Phantom, or UBA).
• Industry security certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent credential.
• Experience in Unix and Windows environments; scripting in Bash or Python.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical guidance on Enterprise Security and Splunk UBA use cases.
• Resolve complex customer challenges to minimize downtime and improve resilience.
• Drive customer adoption of the Splunk security platform.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure customer success.
• Engage with the broader Splunk Account Team to align account plans.
• Build scalable processes, collateral, and tools to improve efficiency.
• Drive high CSAT by documenting customer success stories.
• Identify opportunities for product expansion within existing accounts.
• Participate in team development and internal training.
