Cisco Systems, Inc is seeking a Security Technical Account Manager for Splunk UK. The role is remote and full-time, focusing on helping UK-based customers maximize Splunk security capabilities across ES, UBA, and related apps.

You will guide customers through complex security deployments, translate use cases into best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success and renewal of strategic accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in IT with at least 3 years in information security.
• Experience using or administering SIEM systems such as Splunk or similar.
• Active Splunk certification with hands-on experience in Enterprise Security or Splunk UBA.
• At least one security certification (GIAC, CISSP, OSCP or equivalent).
• Experience in Unix and Windows environments; scripting in Bash or Python.

• Provide technical guidance on use case development, configuration, and optimization for Enterprise Security and Splunk UBA.
• Resolve complex customer challenges to minimize downtime and improve system resilience.
• Accelerate customer adoption of the Splunk security platform through domain expertise.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Support to drive success.
• Identify opportunities for product expansion and customer growth within accounts.
